About
The story behind Kerplunk
A one-person studio where technology and creativity come from the same place.
Software engineer by trade. Creative producer by obsession.
I spent over a decade building software — web applications, databases, infrastructure. That was the career. But on the side, I was always making things: running a record label in Berlin, DJing, producing events, shooting content for every project I touched.
At some point I realized: the people I wanted to help — artists, musicians, small businesses — they don't need a developer and a videographer and a social media person. They need one person who gets it. Who can build the website, shoot the promo, and understand why both need to feel the same way.
That's what Kerplunk is. Not an agency with departments — just me, bringing everything I know to your project.
Background
Journey
Software Engineering
Over a decade building web applications professionally — frontend, backend, infrastructure. From startups to established companies, always full-stack.
Berlin: Music, Events & Content
Moved to Berlin and built a life in the electronic music scene. Founded Groove Therapy as a record label, DJed across the city, produced events, and learned to create every piece of content a project needs — from scratch, by necessity.
Kerplunk Studio
Returned to Argentina and founded Kerplunk — a studio that brings both worlds together. Now based in Patagonia, working with artists and small businesses locally and remotely.
Philosophy
Values
You Talk to the Person Doing the Work
No account managers, no middlemen. The person on the call is the person building your site and editing your video.
Each Piece Fits the Client's World
No house style forced on your project. The color grading, the code architecture, the pacing — everything adapts to who you are.
Concept First, Then Execution
Every video has a structure and a story. Every website has a reason for each decision. No footage strung together, no templates reskinned.
Relationships, Not Transactions
The best projects come from people who trust each other. I prefer long-term collaborations over one-off gigs — understanding someone's work deeply leads to better results than starting from scratch every time.
Location
Patagonia, Argentina
Based in Villa La Angostura — a small town in the Patagonian Andes. After seven years in Berlin, this is home now.
Working with clients locally in Patagonia and remotely worldwide. Most projects are handled entirely online — distance hasn't been a problem yet.
