The Challenge
Event photographers like Martin Escurra shoot thousands of photos at trail races and ski events across Patagonia. After an event with 500+ runners, each person needs to find their shots among thousands of images. Manual tagging is impossible at scale. The result: most photos never reach the people in them, and potential revenue disappears.
The Solution
AI does the work. Attendees take a selfie and the platform uses facial recognition to find all their photos in seconds. Runners search by bib number via OCR. The multi-tenant architecture lets multiple photography businesses operate independently on one platform — each with their own branding, pricing, and payment integration.
The Result
A complete business platform that eliminates the gap between taking photos and selling them. Photographers manage events, track sales, and handle payments from a single dashboard. Customers find, pay, and download their photos without the photographer lifting a finger. Launching April 2026 with 2 tenants across trail racing and ski photography.

Architecture
One platform, multiple businesses
The multi-tenant architecture means any event photographer can join the platform with their own branding, pricing, and customer base — completely independent from other tenants. The first two tenants launching are Carreras (race photography) in April and Fotobayo (ski center) in June.
This architecture is reusable. The same multi-tenant, AI-powered gallery platform can be adapted for any photography-heavy business: wedding photographers, sports events, festivals, corporate gatherings.
